Watch the pitches in advance
Confirmed guests receive a five-minute recorded pitch from each company, covering the problem, the product, what they shipped during the programme, and a demo. Tell us which teams you'd like to meet.
Save the date!
A private, invitation-only lunch for a select group of leading VC investors, hosted with senior leadership from Ripple and Brinc. Meet the ten companies building institutional financial infrastructure on the XRP Ledger, in a closed room curated around the conversations that matter to you.
Who's at the table
This isn't a conference or a public showcase. The guest list is set by hand and kept deliberately small, so every person in the room is someone the founders, and each other, should meet.
A select group of partners from venture funds actively deploying into digital assets, fintech and financial infrastructure.
Senior leaders from Ripple, who backed the programme and have worked with the cohort on getting live on the XRP Ledger and RLUSD.
Brinc's senior leadership and venture team, who ran the twelve-week programme and know each company closely.
How the day works
You watch the pitches before the day and tell us who you want to meet. On the day, a closed-door panel on where Hong Kong financial innovation is heading, then a private lunch with the founders you picked.
The week before
Confirmed guests receive a five-minute recorded pitch from each company, covering the problem, the product, what they shipped during the programme, and a demo. Tell us which teams you'd like to meet.
On the day
We start with a short, live introduction from each of the ten founders, and guests briefly introduce themselves. By the end of it, everyone in the room knows who everyone else is.
On the day
A panel discussion on where Hong Kong's financial innovation ecosystem stands today and what comes next, from digital assets and stablecoins to the institutional infrastructure being built on them.
Over lunch
Over a private lunch, the Brinc team rotates founders through the tables, matched to the interests you shared. You meet the teams most relevant to you, without having to compete for their time.
A curated session, not a pitch competition. Seats are limited to invited VC investors and senior Ripple and Brinc leadership, so every conversation can go somewhere. The venue and timings are shared privately with confirmed guests.
The programme
The Hong Kong Financial Innovation Programme (HFIP) is the XRPL Program by Brinc, run in partnership with Ripple. It takes companies building institutional financial infrastructure and works with them on getting live on the XRP Ledger, settling with RLUSD and growing in Hong Kong.
Demo Day closes the 2026 programme. The founders presenting have spent twelve weeks with Ripple's technical and commercial teams, Brinc's venture team and ecosystem partners across custody, on/off-ramps and banking.
The 2026 cohort
The cohort covers three themes: payments and settlement rails, yield and treasury, and tokenized assets. Each company has its own use case on the XRP Ledger and RLUSD.
BTC-backed stablecoins built on delta-neutral strategies, which turn Bitcoin into yield-bearing, USD-stable liquidity.
On XRPL: an institutional-grade yield product for XRP holders.
Turns AI-token payment terms into stablecoin yield, so enterprises can use the code first and pay later.
On XRPL: a stablecoin-funded settlement layer for AI compute payments.
Stablecoin-settled access to tokenized stocks and funds for global investors, backed 1:1.
On XRPL: tokenized equities bought directly from XRPL wallets and settled in RLUSD.
The institutional operating layer for issuing and distributing tokenized funds on-chain.
On XRPL: daily yield on corporates' idle USD, via RLUSD and tokenized money-market funds.
Financial infrastructure that connects digital assets with traditional finance in one unified system.
On XRPL: RLUSD as a settlement rail for Hong Kong SME crypto payments.
A liquidity protocol for private-fund products, offering price discovery, 24/7 liquidity and on-chain composability.
On XRPL: tokenized alternative assets for Hong Kong institutions, settled in RLUSD.
A digital co-founder: one account to collect, hold, send and spend money across 100+ countries.
On XRPL: RLUSD deposits, withdrawals and yield inside a stablecoin business bank.
Moves money globally over stablecoin rails while staying fully fiat-facing.
On XRPL: corporate treasury payments settled in RLUSD, straight from the ERP.
A plug-and-play stablecoin operating system that lets banks accept and orchestrate stablecoin payments.
On XRPL: bank payment corridors with RLUSD as the settlement rail.
API-first cloud payment infrastructure that combines gateway, acquirer and processor, with a network of about 30,000 merchants.
On XRPL: AI-agent and merchant payments settled instantly in RLUSD.
By invitation only
Attendance is by invitation only and seats are deliberately limited. Every request is personally reviewed by the Brinc and Ripple teams. If you're confirmed, we'll send the venue, timings and pitch videos to you privately.
A short form, about two minutes. Tell us who you are and which founders you'd like to meet, and we'll use your answers to match your lunch conversations.
Opens our request form in a new tab. Submitting a request does not guarantee a seat; confirmed guests will hear from us directly.

Not in the traditional sense. Each company gives a 60-second live introduction. The full five-minute pitches are recorded and shared with guests in advance, so the time on the day goes to the panel discussion and one-to-one conversations over lunch.
We match you on the companies you select, your investment focus and anything you tell us in the form. You can update your choices after watching the pitch videos.
It's a twelve-week accelerator, also known as the XRPL Program by Brinc, that Brinc runs in partnership with Ripple. It supports companies building institutional financial infrastructure on the XRP Ledger, and companies that reach the programme's milestones become eligible for non-dilutive Ripple grants.
